Coaching, at its core, is a collaborative process facilitated by a coach who creates a safe and supportive environment. It is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them. The client, takes the lead in sharing what is important to them, aiming to bring about positive and sustainable change.

Within a session, the coach may take a number of roles in order to better suit their client’s needs. Some of these roles include being the Facilitator who helps the client with their goals in a straightforward way allowing them to make their own decisions, or perhaps the Inspirer who helps the client stay on course.
Your coaching journey will start by getting a clear understanding of who you are through an evidence-based assessment and self-reflection. Based on this, you will move into setting focus areas or goals to drive the conversation with your coach. Throughout your time with your coach, you will experience self-directed learning,
conversations that are solution focused, and be stretched beyond your normal way of thinking. You will gain guidance towards discovering a purposeful and genuine journey amidst these pivotal turning points in your life. Following our initial conversation, I will send you an email to gather further details about your goals. In this email, I will provide prompts for self-reflection to help you delve deeper into your aspirations before our first session.
Our First Session:
During our initial session, we will prioritize which goals to tackle first and explore how they align with your current life circumstances. This session will lay the foundation for our coaching journey and set the direction for our future sessions.
Ongoing Sessions:
Continuing our coaching journey, we will have regular sessions where we dive deeper into your goals, address challenges, and celebrate progress. Through active listening, thought-provoking questions, and insightful discussions, we will uncover new perspectives and potential solutions.
Action Planning:
